  Ocean crest is in a great location close to the beach. The staff is very helpful and the grounds are very well kept from the pool to the landscaping. Quiet for an apartment complex.

  I moved to Ocean Crest while I studied at UCSD and have been living here for over 2 years now. There's really no other place I'd rather live at in San Diego. It's perfect location to the Del Mar beach, where I walk my dog every day. The leasing manager and community staff are incredibly accommodating and a pleasure to talk with. I've requested maintenance services several times in the past years, and they've always been able to respond within the day or next business day to get my problems fixed. It's a safe neighborhood and my neighbors are all very respectful of each other. It's also very dog friendly, I know at least 4 people on my floor with dogs. I especially love the layout of apartments with the upstairs loft and high vaulted ceilings. They get a lot of natural light and the apartment generally has a very spacious feel. Now that I'm looking at buying a condo instead of renting, I really wish I could own the apartment I currently live in now at Ocean Crest! I definitely recommend this complex to anyone interested.

  I've had a great experience with Ocean Crest. they've been helpful, professional and made my application process a pleasant experience.   I've been living at Ocean Crest for 4 months so far, and have had nothing but good experiences with our apartment, the facilities/grounds, and management. Ocean Crest has a really friendly and warm atmosphere, and our neighbors have been respecful. The common amenities (like the pool and Jacuzzi) are well maintained and in good condition. James and Jolynn are very friendly, sincere, and helpful. They've addressed any concerns in a very timely fashion, and are always available. I very much recommend this place as your new home!
